I found this pet crematorium after a horrific experience with another local crematorium advising me to put me baby girl (dog maddie) in the boot of my car for a day because they were not open.On speaking to the lincolnshire pet crematorium staff they booked us in and were compassionate and lovely. We were able to take her along with respect and put her in the chapel of rest.I wanted her to be cremated with her favourite bed and my gown which she always stole to keep warm and they found it no problem.They have a lovely selection of caskets and bits to remember your family member by and there i absolutely no pressure at all regarding anything, in fact we added on a pawprint necklace from my baby, a pawprint in resin and asked for a small amount of fur as a keepsake and nothing was too much hassle.I genuinely had belief that the lady we dealt with understood the process we were going through and clearly she seemed to be an animal lover, which is all you can ask for. The little chapel of rest is quite a nice touch. Now I just await when I can collect my baby and bring her home where she belongs. Mark Cleghorn
Having to organise the cremation of your very first dog feels daunting but they made it easier.The staff were kind, professional and respectful on the phone when I called them to make the arrangements.They went out of their way to pick up our dog from a vets/area they normally don't go to which incurred an extra cost but it was worth it. They travelled late at night to pick her up (she passed away at an emergency hospital that didn't open til late), and at 8pm I received a call to tell me they had her. The soft spoken lady on the phone reassured me they double checked everything with the vets to make sure they had the right dog as it was a silly concern of mine, but grief does that to you.The next day they told me she was already ready to go back home. I was so surprised at how quick it was, and also glad to have her come back home much sooner than expected.We ordered an ash jewellry pendant and a small keepsake urn online to be filled with our dog's ashes, which they confirmed over the phone they would gladly fill them up for us if we bought the items along when we went to pick her up. A previous place I was considering wouldn't even do such a simple task and said I'd have to do it myself. It would have been too traumatizing.We had an individual cremation, 2 paw prints in resin done and we chose a nice black urn to bring our beloved dog back home in. little card with seeds on it which you can plant and grow come included with the resin paw prints. That made me tear up.You are given a certificate of cremation also.You'll see in the picture I have included the urn and the resin mold. The picture of the paw print isn't great, but in real life it looks much better. The photo was taken before I'd completed the display. It now includes a framed picture of our beloved dog.

Efficient, professional, compassionate & empathetic. Helen & her team were superb from getting my beautiful chocolate Labrador Denver from my car to the chapel of rest. I had arranged for a same day cremation so I could take Denver home afterwards. Helen led us to the waiting suite, a lovely conservatory type place where the birds were landing on the roof & singing. Tea & coffee with biscuits were on hand. If you are going to wait for your pet's cremains there is one thing you should be aware of. Denver was a 40kg Chocolate Labrador and it took just under 3 hours for completion. As part of the process, it's necessary for them to open the chamber halfway through cremation. It does not matter if there's a breeze or not, you'll know when they have done this. I would suggest that you ask to be told just before they do this & go for a walk down the quiet country lane for 10 minutes. Other than this necessary aspect, Denver's farewell was dignified, respectful & the hardest thing I've ever had to face at the same time.
Nice gardens of remembrance. Conservatory to sit in with tea and coffee provided. Cost of box or casket is included with the name engraved on it.
