Very nice polite people and very helpful. Reasonably priced. I would recommend these guys for sure. Receptionist was very sweet and polite.. If they are busy and needing something urgent go behind the building there are a couple of lithuanian guys there will help as well.
The receptionist is unbelievably rude. Although the mechanics are good the service is atrocious. Will not be returning
Told me the issue with my engine was the water pump, did the work on it 280, 2 weeks later the same issues I had and took it back turns out it was the head gasket all along. If they'd done there job properly the first time I wouldn't have forked out for the water pump, if there was even anything wrong with the water pump. No offer of any money back.
Told me to use Blackcircle tyres, a total waste of my time & cost me a days wages. Worked out as the most expensive tyres I never bought. Blackcircle phoned at 5:30 the evening before fitting was due to tell me it wouldn't happen until 2 days later, a date I could not possibly make. The people at FT seem pleasant & helpful, but their advice was totally wrong.
