We recently purchased a new Jaguar F Pace from Duckworths Boston. Within 5 minutes of my initial email contact James Clarke had made contact. We knew exactly what we wanted to order, we received a quote within the hours, arranged a test drive - not in our chosen F Pace but in an identical engined E Pace, the main reason being to get a feel for the engine rather than the car.On the chosen date for the test drive James was waiting for us, a drink was offered, we were out in the car within 15 minutes, after returning we confirmed our specification, was handed over to the business manager, finance was proposed, approved and order placed. We left within 90 minutes of arriving. James then kept us up to date with the build, the car arrived ahead of the expected date, it was prepared to a good standard and hand over was quick. Everything that was asked of James was handled quickly and answered first time.Our review is based purely on a buying experience but i have no reason to doubt that after sales will be just as good. The showroom is modern, clean and the cars both new and used are presented well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duckworth's Boston but special thanks go to James Clark for all his help from beginning to end.

I purchased my nearly new Velar from Duckworth Land Rover.James dealt with the sale in a very professional manner from the initial test drive through to the final paperwork and hand over.The only disappointment was that when I collected the Velar, there was a fault on the passenger door lock that hadn't been picked up by the maintenance team.No doubt Duckworths would have fixed this but because I live over 100 miles away I accepted the Velar as it was and arranged to have it fixed at my local dealership - which had been done now.Overall though James made the process run smoothly and he is a credit to the dealership.
